Yes, this is definitely closer to what GR should be. They will add friendly bots that you can command through a “Tac-map” (ATAK), but that might take years. I can see Ubisoft stealing the customization stuff, maybe, but I don’t think they will ever have this gameplay again. They make run-&-gun action shooters now and disrespectfully slap Tom Clancy’s name on them.

Boy o' boy - single player example certainly brought back memories of OGR - except for actually seeing your weapon of course.

Yes. Its gameplay is closer to GR01 than anything Ubisoft has made in the past decade. It’s a shame they are developing so slowly and wasting time on adding females.

Solo with a realistic normal-dude setup, BG is a good reminder you need to be practicing more irl and should probably make like-minded friends. Dying in one shot despite doing your best induces real stress.

Hell yer this mixed with wildlands story but offcourse realistic less cheesy this would be ultimate tact game in engine 5 graphics 🎉

Hopefully the next GR has some similar style of customization, even if it's not as extensive. I hope Ground Branch fixes the vest height/size. It looks tiny and too low on the chest. Along with the AI behavior, it's far too basic for a tactical shooter.

The ai behavior feels like it goes from derp, to auto aim instant kills. Like no in between

@@GhostIslandThunder Agreed. I think they announced an update to AI behavior is coming soon, we'll just have to see how it goes.

The vests are not tiny at all. Infact, the JPC is slightly too big. Also the ride height of the plate carriers is fine. It may be just slightly too low, but not enough to warrant complaining about it.

I've been playing GB for awhile now and yes the A.I isn't great. They are working on it as a priority now and hopefully the next update will show a big improvement. Great video, glad to see you enjoyed GB.

AI is only good somehow on hardest levels. Trained means, they know how to hold and reload gun only (lol). If you pick top hard level, they are T-800...

This game has just never felt right to me. The movement just feels too sluggish compared to other tactical shooters. The AI is also silly. I don’t care as much about customization as gameplay and the gameplay is just lacking. It’s also moving along at a snails pace.

If you want to AI to be harder you can scale up the difficulty. Trust me it is impossible to survive if they are scaled all the way up. You should play this more. Modern Ghost Recon games suck ass.
