Nice build. A 1080 Ti is still super relevant, especially when you consider that even the 900 series still has support. That 11GB VRAM will help a lot in modern AAA games.

great video dude! For the 5800x3d cooler, you shouldn't need anything more then a 4 heat pipe after market cooler. I use the be quiet pure rock 2 with mine and it works great with my 5800x3d. Even stress testing the cpu, it only hit 77c.

I had a 3600 & 1080 Ti for a somewhat long while. Upgraded the card to 6700 XT and the CPU to 5800X, still kickin' with the same board.

It’s hard to say. I’d trust them as much or more than I trust used GPU from eBay (which is a lot) but no promises they will last 15 years or anything haha

You can't be too picky on a budget, plus that depends what you play, I have a really good pc and as long as I clean it regularly and trash useless files I always have about 100gb free
