Hi Martin, just a quick shortcut tip. Instead of clicking the bottom center point (or any other points) of the text frame, you can use CTRL + ALT + C. It's very useful for designers. It works for images, tables, text boxes, and all. Try it 🙂

i never really used indesing, i always use illustrator because i dont have much text... but for what exaclty is illustrator? for alot of text?

Adobe InDesign is best for magazines, brochures, books. Generally for everything where you have to work with more text. My rule is that anything that is longer than a page has to be done (or at least finalised) in InDesign. Photoshop and Illustrator are great for single page designs, like posters, but for longer documents they act more like supporting applications to InDesign.

InDesign is great for working with a lot of text such as a magazine layout. Adobe Illustrator is great for creating custom typography and drawing vector graphics.
