Glad to see a better showing of Yidris, he's one of my favorites and I love seeing different builds of him in action. I, too, love Rites of Flourishing, and I wish there was an artifact version of it for non-Green decks (Ghirapur Orrery is too chunky at 4 cmc).

@@dandarcechoke3715 I'd like it 100% more if it had Vanishing 3 or something to self-delete after a few turns, but the reason for my loving it is: it it gets down early and lets people get online with their game plan. An extra card and extra land for a few turns lets everyone at the table get established and attempt to execute their game plan without feeling like they got screwed or flooded with mana (making it a "non-game" for them). Like I mentioned, I'd love a colorless Rites so non-Green decks have access to this kind of effect, preventing many more "non-games" from happening.

7 CMC Mind's Dilation cascades into 6 CMC R Gearhulk; Andrew: "I'll take 4, punk". So disappointed when, at 45, Matt flaked on the second Gearhulk.

Great game! As a Breya combo player, I genuinely find it fun when you make an explosive, game-winning play that gets you out from under an opponent’s insanely stacked board.

With the amount of times my own Gishath deck has done a similar thing, I definitely felt that. Especially when the stuff you exile are useful protection spells or draw.

Since commander legends came out, I've been waiting to play my 5 color cascade deck (Jodah, Archmage Eternal because who doesn't like 5 mana for Apex Devastator?)

Love seeing Aurelia gameplay : ) My first real commander deck. I do have Boros covered in equipments, so I'm thinking of making Samut extra combat steps

You should give a look on Iroas, its my favorite boros commander. Think that any creature with some interesting effects based on combat or attacking you will exploit in its full potencial with him.

Guide+Lark wins... I never get tired of them. :) In fact, my own Karador deck is all about assembling an infinite sac engine and going to town.

It's weird seeing a Gishath deck with only Ixalan block dino's.. after combing over the decklist, with no Runic Armasaur (decent card draw) .. no shifting ceratops .. but mainly.. no Ikoria Dino's in the list, namely Quartzwood Crasher, and Yidaro ! I would even consider Titanoth Rex a possible include.. which in my opinion is infinitely better than say Gigantosaurus .. but that's just me. Otherwise , this was a very enjoyable video. I definitely liked it. Thanks for the content !

Gishath is not an easy deck to build, much harder than it looks and it took me several years to improve it. You should avoid traps like Enrage (Bellowing aegisaur...), non-land ramp like Otepec huntmaster and even urza’s incubator and heavy cmc conditional non creature spells like overwhelming stampeded. Favor cards like Wood elves, Xenagos, Purphoros, terror of the peaks, Sejiri shelter, aura shards and most importantly Scroll rack.

No, berserk specifically says "destroy that creature", so since Gishath was indestructible he was all good.

Aurelia also was the best player to attack in order to get the best trigger off of gishath since aurelia had no blockers
