Electric Amplification is the ability on the weapon's title. It doesn't change anything, so it's not tied to an element.

I also had an insane F2P start to WuWa. I pulled Encore in the beginner banner in 20 pulls, then made Verina my choice and pulled her within the next 30 pulls and then chose Jianxin with the 5 star selector. Then I skipped Jiyan and used all my currency on the Yinlin banner after not getting Clorinde in Genshin (I got Mona C5) and there I got Calcharo in 20 pulls and then Yinlin right when my currency was about to run out. After that I even got Yinlin's weapon within one 10 pull (and now have 1 left because I had 11 pulls just like you). All the remaining standard banner pulls I earned since then (for union level 35 and so on) went into the weapon banner and there I got the sword. So, even though I'm completely F2P I can start with 4/5 standard characters and I own 2 5 star weapons already which is craaaaazy. I definitely plan to play WuWa alongside all the Hoyo games, but now I'm kinda scared that I might have used all my gacha luck for the near future and ZZZ's start will be a disaster 😅

@@TheWayCafe Well, I guess I'll keep you updated then, especially in regards to the ZZZ pulls :D. For now I have a different problem, though... How am I supposed to build all these characters and weapons at once? xD I pushed Encore, Sanhua und Verina to 60 and have Stringmaster (Yinlin weapon) on 60 as well, but Calcharo and Yinlin will need a little bit of time now. I also want to pair them with Jianxin and she's also still kinda underleveled right now, so I have my work cut out for me, that's for sure. Calcharo and Yinlin are a crazy combo, though. Mastering them will be quite fun and beneficial. Also, I forget to mention that I still have to reach UL 45 which means I will also probably get the 5 star standard broadblade there which needs time and mats as well. I guess I focus on these two teams (Encore, Sanhua, Verina + Calcharo, Yinlin, Jianxin) + Rover until the next limited banner character shows up that really interests me (because I think I don't really NEED a specific unit for the time being).

I actually really appreciate that you guys don't overreact to sexualization/fanservice. You might make a joke about it, but you move on quickly from it. Me, I personally really love fanservice, but I really dislike when people focus on it and make it cringe lol. Like shouting "BOOBA SWORD BOOBA SWORD" when they see Raiden from GI, or they hide their faces/roll their eyes and "pretend" to hate it.

It's totally fair to really love fan service as you put it, but by the same principle, people should be allowed to strongly dislike it as well 🙂 I don't blame people for liking that. Hell, I'm a straight dude, I love boobs, legs and butts, I totally understand the thirst. But I really don't like when characters are sexualized, that's the next stage beyond "sexy". I like when characters are attractive and sexy! But when the sexualization is obvious and right in your face with a crap ton of jiggle and suspicious orifices, it puts me off immediately. Fairly or unfairly, I always have that suspicion popping in my mind "You made this character like this because sex does sell well... but why? Did you think the character wouldn't be interesting enough without it?" I really like how a character can pique our interest with design, voice acting, writing and of course combat kit. So when something very gratuitous comes into the equation, I'm like "dude..." 😑 And it might be totally unfair, I can't deny that. I just can't shake it off, the feeling is automatic. Anyway, didn't want to start a fight. I'm just used to read insanely toxic arguments (ESPECIALLY on Stellar Blade videos, dear God) and I never wanted to write anything anywhere. Here, I just wanted to exchange points of view in a cordial manner 😇 And I agree, it's nice that Joshua and Daniel just focus on the gameplay.

@@PLBiohazard I don't mean that they shouldn't dislike it, but it's the way they act over it, mostly. Like they overreact. These guys don't go for fanservice but their reaction is very subdued and sometimes funny.

It’s not a big deal to some people and it’s the whole reason others even play gacha games to begin with. Gacha community is full of unserious people. You can watch chat reactions to the Firefly animated short and it’s anonymous ppl spamming “SEGGS” over the dead soldiers.

Aalto is not super strong because he makes up for it by being absurdly fast and almost impossible to hit if you play him correctly. I use him as Sub DPS for my Jiyan since he buffs Aero Damage and Mortefi, who is often paired with Jiyan has a more universal buff and is wanted in so many teams, it's good to free up that spot^^ Also just like your off-banner Danjin, the Yinlin banner trolled me. I did some extra pulls on the Jiyan banner just to get a Moretfi copy... and then I ended up getting TWO more Mortefi on Yinlin's banner like huh? And I certainly don't mind S4 Mortefi but I really just wanted some Aalto copies that I now didn't get lol Btw if you skip the pull animation character animations will still play if it's the first time you pulled them, so you can't accidentally skip those.

Personally, I think Jiyan's trailer is better in terms of coherence. Congrats on getting her tho! My luck in this game has been quite terrible. I keep going deep pity and losing to Lingyang (lion boy), and don't feel the incentive to play and get enough pulls, so for now will probably go for the next banner Jinhsi. Honestly, idk what to do with other chars when I can easily kill bosses with Rover... I've played Yinlin's quest as well. It didn't make me want to pull her. If the storytelling wouldn't improve at all, I fear I might not pull for a long time 😅
