Bhatura: Maida one killo 1000grams 250 gram suji moti . Yeast 1tea spoon baking pdr one tea spoon . Namak 1 tea spoon make a dough with Luke warm water. All oil after let it rest for half hour.

half hour rest not enough for yeast to develop flavour. Minimum 6-8 hrs rest recommended for good fermentation of dough by yeast nd good flavor for batoora
