Here is a sequencing targeting the foot if your have excessive foot pronation with foot pain, fallen arches, plantar fasciitis, yoga and pilates to help improve your posture as well. What is pronation of the foot?, . when considering running techniques or footwear) is one of the normal movements made by the foot to absorb its impact onto the ground when walking or running, However if it is excessive Pronation that is not a natural movement of the foot that occurs during foot landing while running or walking then it causes pain, discomfort and chronically, causes posture problems on your hips, back all the way to your upper back and neck areas.The process movement of foot pronation Composed of three cardinal plane components: subtalar eversion, ankle dorsiflexion, and forefoot abduction, these three distinct motions of the foot occur simultaneously during the pronation phase. Pronation is the first half of the stance phase, whereas supination starts the propulsive phase as the heel begins to lift off the ground. Excessive foot pronation, whether in one foot or bilaterally, interferes with the carefully coordinated movements during gait and causes problems throughout the musculoskeletal system that causes pain on the toes, foot, ankle, knee, hip , low back The position receptors in the lower extremities, pelvis and spine (and especially the neck/head-righting reflexes) must coordinate smoothly in order to maintain postural equilibrium. Difficulty in achieving or keeping optimal postural alignment, or problems with excessive postural sway, are frequently caused by inaccurate information sent by spindle sensors in chronically strained muscles or aberrant joint mechanoreceptors in the feet and could end up with hip internally rotated, then will end up with APT (anterior Pelvic Tilt) or sway back, lower crossed syndrome and then it coincides as well with upper crossed syndrome (forward head and rounded shoulders posture).
When trying to correct any issue in the body, it is good practice to not focus on the site of the issues when looking for the solution. Instead, you need to look for the source.
Strength training is key for success and gentle stretching and to add strength training utilizing your body weight if you don't have a gym membership or if you don't have any equipment is to try one of my Pilates and Yoga exercises for foot, ankle and toes. pilates and yoga based treatment plan to keep your posture strong and healthy.

I have to upload again the video complete, when i did the premier yesterday, the same video has a missing 2 minute exercises in the end standing, so i have to re-upload with the complete version.
