I really liked this yoga practice. The variations on pelvic tilt felt so good, and the elbow to knee hold and extension was the right amount of challenging for me. I will be returning to this video often. Thank you, Joelle!

This is challenging yet way more gentle than other exercise videos to fix pelvic tilt. Perfect for beginners seeking to fix their pelvic tilt. I am curious how often your yoga-cises should be done? And when may we begin to see results? I would like to incorporate this video into my routine every other day so I do not push myself too hard. On the days I am not practicing this video, I am doing your glute exercises. Looking forward to hearing back from you Joelle. Thank you for sharing your gifts and knowledge with us.

Great job Sally, I see that you've done a number of videos in a row and are taking great care of yourself! How long it takes to see results will depend from person to person, but I'm very happy to hear that you're enjoying these and not pushing yourself too hard. The most important thing is consistency, so there's no sense pushing ourselves too much, especially in the beginning, if that means we'll struggle more to motivate ourselves to return. I'll answer your other questions in those comments :)

I have been enjoying following your practices over the last few months and they’ve been considerably helpful with some of my chronic back pains. I also have endometriosis and suffer from severe pelvic/groin pain. I was wondering if you could recommend any practices (or create a practice!) that could help more with this?
