In my classes we've had a lot of successes with EPK... koundinyasana is very accessible to most with proper cuing

Dearest Jason Many thanks for your time and dedication of teaching, I truly appreciate it, as I have found in yoga classes my yoga teachers , don't teach you the step by step of how to get there. Your guidelines is worth following. I couldn't thank you enough.

Most new students doing their first balances lack the strength to keep the second elbow free in side crow...

Also, kakasana (crow) has bent arms, bakasana (crane pose) is with straight arms... so you're teaching kakasana and parsva kakasana... not bakasana
