Thank you so much for this. Especially the truth that is ,’I’m not so good at it yet’ It reassures me that I’m not the only who’s at this stage and it’s ok ❤

Thank you so very much Jason!!! This is most helpful, overwhelming, AND helpful. I love teaching yoga and this is spurring me onward to get my website up, not perfect, yet get it out there for folks to discover how we can practice together. I love the part how IG is a micro content opportunity ask yet a marketing spot. I like how you break things down, very digestible for me. Do you have any info services on how you build your videos?

Thank you, Jason. My tardiness today has frustrated me. I missed the beginning & middle. I've been practicing through the years and YOGA brings me the health and mental stability ... I believe we're all seeking. Now 73.5 and dealing with Spinal Stenosis, Osteoarthritis, Scoliosis & osteoporosis. Otherwise in good health. My background had been musical comedy theater, dance & gymnastics. Catering through the years has taken its toll . I continue with P.T. & instruction of fitness exercise for seniors. Including "soft" Chair YOGA. Two different facilities here in Chicago & Evanston. I work at CORE strength routinely. Physical activity is my relief from the discomfort. Avoiding any type of surgeries. Please let me know if & when you have this midwest area on your calendar. With appreciation and grace. Continued success! Namaste David Aaron, Chicago (W. Rogers Pk) Near Evanston.

If your right leg is back in the lunge, is your left knee DIRECTLY under your shoulder (mine bumps into my chest) or can it vere outside the shoulder space (angled left). When my knee bumps into my chest I feel it prevents me from going lower.

I also tend to lose my balance when bringing my hands/arms up for the cresent part (when in the lunge) any pointers for that?

Also, kakasana (crow) has bent arms, bakasana (crane pose) is with straight arms... so you're teaching kakasana and parsva kakasana... not bakasana
