I have chronic spontaneous uticaria, an auto immune condition. I listen to so many podcasts, but always come back to yours. You are so wise. I wish to thankyou for your practical advice and your knowledge of how our body responds to your routines. I have never done this yoga before but I see many things in it that I have been doing all my life .Clothes in natural fabrics (not tight )and dry when moisture comes from weather conditions or exercising etc.I Respect your knowledge and wisdom. Thankyou I will put into my daily routine these in food also .I am a very positive optimistic woman who has a healthy lifestyle eating mostly organic foods.
