This is day 21 of 30 days of yoga for peace of mind! This class is a restorative beginners yoga for hip flexibility sequence. If you are feeling a bit tense, feel free to use props like a pillow or block wherever and whenever you need. This gentle beginners yoga class can be done any time of the day however it is a great addition to your evening routine to help offer the mind and body some relaxation. In this class we will work through various beginners hip stretches to help increase leg flexibility.

I’ve been doing this once or twice a day for 5 days now and I already feel a difference and can see my stretches getting deeper, with less pain in my hips. I can see this routine being part of my life for a long time! Thank you!

Still doing it daily and I can touch my forehead to my feet in butterfly again! I haven’t been able to do that since I was 21 years old! Thank you for helping get back to my yoga practice!

Omg that was soooo relaxing wayyy faster than I thought it would be felt like 3 minutes not 10! I’m a flight attendant and trying to get my body back I’m no doing yoga first days of my flying I’m definitely subscribing!

This definitely is not for beginners. In order to do what she is doing, you need to be flexible already.

Hi. Flexibility has no level. Ive seen people who haven’t practiced a day in their life and are flexible than me. And teachers who have been teaching for a decade who cant even touch their toes. Beginner yoga is all about foundational poses. Intermediate yoga is so much more than just flexibility. It is the entire body and mind function, from balance, strength, stamina, etc. So not every beginner class will be for the inflexible. However i do have many beginner classes that touch base for inflexibility. If inflexibility is what you are experiencing i have a full 30 day playlist dedicated to that along with classes ive uploaded. Most of my classes also offer modifications. But i wont make every class like that because not everyone wants to have every class like that 🤷‍♀️ know that everyone is different in their needs and that every class wont be for you. Its why i create so so many of them. So everyone can enjoy their experience.
