Learn how to make delicious Yogurt Bread with this easy, no-knead recipe for homemade crusty bread. Adding yoghurt to the flour gives the bread a taste similar to sourdough bread. You can also add yoghurt to the flour and get a soft and delicious bread without the need for kneading. Give it a try and enjoy the wonderful aroma of freshly baked bread in your kitchen!
-- 300ml / 10.14oz / 1.5 cups (Cup: 200ml)
lukewarm water
-- 20g / 1 tablespoon
Honey
-- 6 g / 1,2 teaspoon
instant yeast
-- 150g / 5029oz / 3/4 cup (Cup: 200 ml)
Yogurt
-- 1 tablespoon
Olive oil
-- 400g / 14.11oz / 4 cups (Cup: 200ml)
bread flour 650
- 100g / 3.5oz / 1 Cup (Cup: 200ml)
Whole wheat flour
-- 1 teaspoon salt
-- Bake in a preheated oven at 220 °C for 15-20 minutes.

I used 500 grams of flour, not 650 grams. 400 g bread flour 100 g whole wheat flour. However, the type number of bread flour is 650. It's a really delicious bread. Be sure to try it. Thank you for this nice comment.

El agua será de 300 ml. Sin embargo, algunos seguidores pidieron un cálculo de copa. El equivalente en vidrio de 300 ml de agua es 1,5. El vaso debe ser de 200 ml.

Do you use steam the whole time they are baking or only part of the time? I have seen some recipes where the source of the steam is removed from the oven part way during baking. I’m trying to figure out why my bread does not turn out as crispy on the outside as yours.

To make the bread crispy: -- It must be the right flour. -- The oven must be preheated. -- Spray the dough with water before putting it in the oven. -- If the oven does not have a steam function, put boiling water in a bowl. -- Unless you're making a special bread, you don't need to remove the water container. I hope it was useful.

@@FastEasyDelicious1 thank you for the reply! I always use the type of flour the recipe calls for. For bread flour I use Gold Medal All Trumps flour which is very high protein. Can you share what brands of flour you use?

@@batacumba I buy flour from familiar bakers, not from the market. Sometimes the brand changes.

@@batacumba I think you should change the cooking method. Because every oven is different. Bake the bread at high temperature. Even try baking in fan mode.
