Yogurt Cucumber Meze Recipe
Hello everyone! Today, I'd like to share with you a must-have for your summer tables from Elif's kitchen - a practical and delicious yogurt cucumber meze recipe.
Ingredients:
4-5 medium-sized cucumbers
2 heaping tablespoons of strained yogurt
1 cup of regular yogurt
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
1 teaspoon of mustard (or 1 tablespoon of vinegar)
1-2 cloves of grated or crushed garlic
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of paprika
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
1 cup of frozen or canned corn
Half a bunch of medium-sized chopped dill
1 small-sized thinly sliced onion in half-moon shapes

Instructions:
Wash the cucumbers thoroughly and cut off the ends without peeling the skin. Slice them into thin circles.
In a bowl, mix together strained yogurt, regular yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard (or vinegar), garlic, salt, sugar, paprika, and black pepper until smooth.
Add the sliced cucumbers to the yogurt mixture. Then add the corn, chopped dill, and sliced onion. Mix well.
If the yogurt seems insufficient, you can add more. Transfer the salad to a serving plate and smooth the top.
Garnish with corn and dill.

If you feel like the yogurt is not enough, you can add more by pre-whisking it.
