We were lucky enough to see Yola live at the Ryman theater on New Years. I had never heard of her before then. She performed this song and the crowd was completely stunned. You could have heard a pin drop. She is absolutely magical. I now own all her music and am planning on seeing her again as soon as possible. She is wonderful

SAME. I discovered her this week because this song came up on my Discover Weekly, and I was STUNNED. I listened to it several times after I heard it the first time and then dove into her music on Spotify. I can't believe I'd never heard of her before.. OMFG, her music is life changing. I can't stop listening to her. Just OMG Wow.

An AMAZING version. While most versions of the cover simply mimic the original and they do a darn good job of it, few people are making their own version. This one does just that, yet still pays respect to the original. Love it!

This cover brought me to tears. Legitimate gutteral sobs. It takes an awful lot for me to like a cover because rarely is there a better rendition than the original. But Yola absolutely slays this song and brings to it a depth of emotion and soul that I didn't realize were possible. Yola, keep slaying. You're a mothereffing QUEEN!

Was clearing out my photos to make room for some projects and found a video I made when this came on the radio. I was so enchanted by her voice.
