Excellent review. At over $4000 NZD is it worth it when almost in the same price bracket as the Zeiss LRP? Hmmmm!
@tiputipu77711 ай бұрын
No. Made in the same factory as the LRP S3 for example. The nexus gen 2 has the same optical system as the original nexus gen 1, so you get the same image quality.

Nice scope but i dont think its worth £700 more than the UK price of a Nexus Gen 1.

As usual, Great review, very tempting. Quick Q, what mod are you using on the 17HMR ? Thanks

It's a discontinued product, Tier One

Nowadays everybody has a 4-25, Element, Zeiss, Tract. Before that it was 6-36, with the Razor gen 3, then LRP S3 and the Theos. But I think all of those are made in LOW in Japan.

Nothing premium then😉

@@chrisparkin431 my point is that its not surprising that many companies have similar scopes since they are all made in the same factory. For the money I think the Zeiss LRP S3 is very hard to beat and will be my next scope once I get my Steiner m5xi sold, got the Theos for PRS use this year and sold my steiner m7xi. Prefer the ziess reticle, but the theos turret system over zeiss. My gripe with the nexus gen 2 is the 30mm scope mainly because I've been using 34mm scopes for the past 4 years exclusively and have a spare spuhr mount waiting
