I too ride at the ridge, haven't been there since the new bus stop before the original turn one though, maybe I'll see ya there this summer, hoping to make it out more this year!

That'd be awesome man! I use to go to The Ridge all the time. But only for racing now, since Qlispe opened back up and is only 30 mins away.

Hey bud! Cool to see another Washington guy on in here! I see this is the ebay/aliexpress clone, is ut any good? Holding up ok? I was looking at the Arashi wheels as well and realized I had watched the vid you made on those about a week ago as well. Still liking them? I'm thinking of installing both those and the Yoshi on my 2007 CBR1000RR. I'd appreciate the insight!

Oh nice! What part of Washington? The exhaust is just about an exact match to the original Yoshi RS-5, except instead of it saying RS-5 the aliexpress one says RS-S. But it is beyond even truly noticeable. The Build quality of the carbon fiber and metal is excellent in my opinion. The wheels are honest an amazing deal for the price. I didn't notice any issues with riding the bike or mounting them. All in all, well worth the money in savings alone.

That must have been really hard to install! looks really good in carbon and allined perfectly! Did you wipe the exhuast down before starting it?
@dillwinn11 ай бұрын
It was super easy dude. You're gonna hate where I got it from tho. haha Aliexpress.com ;) straight from china for $280 with shipping lol

Hey sounds amazing!! Did you had to tune ECU because you cut off the cat? That’s the only reason I’m holding back.
@dillwinn3 ай бұрын
I got away with not having to tune it, by doing the oxygen o2 sensor bypass trick that costs like $2. Or you can run the o2 sensor, but a fault code might still pop up and end up needing a tune if you choose to do so.

what happens when you do a de cat on the exhaust. does it make it sound louder? I have a rs5 and it doesnt sound loud. i want it to be loud
@dillwinn7 ай бұрын
It definitely increases how loud it is. Its like a $60 link pipe too lol well worth it imo.

Did you have to cut the cat? For the link pipe or is the catalytic converter just clamped on from stock?
@dillwinn5 ай бұрын
You do have to cut the cat off, it's a lot easier than it may seem. I also bought the link pipe off aliexpress for like $60. And the quality was actually extremely good.

I used a Dremel and a small little hacksaw, didn't take no more than 10 minutes to do. @@lucianoromero777
