You can't buy these in the store! Just butter and flour. What a delicious puff pastry!
Puff pastry rolls.
RECIPE Puff pastry.
7 g dry yeast.
40g sugar.
200 ml warm water.
Mix everything well.
Cover the yeast mixture with a kitchen towel.
Leave the yeast mixture in a warm place for 10 minutes.
Add 100 ml vegetable oil.
1 chicken egg.
100 g thick yogurt.
Mix everything together.
Sift 600 g flour.
8g salt.
Knead the dough with a spatula.
Add flour in parts.
Continue kneading the dough with your hands.
The dough sticks to your hands.
Round the dough.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
The dough turned out well.
Knead the dough with a spatula.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Place the dough on the table.
Dust the dough with flour.
Divide the dough into 4 parts.
Form each piece of dough into a ball.
Cover the dough balls with a kitchen towel.
Leave the dough on the work surface for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Roll out the dough ball with a rolling pin.
Dough diameter 40 cm.
Do the same with the remaining dough.
Spread the dough with melted butter (60 g).
Layer the dough.
Brush each layer of dough with melted butter.
Stretch the dough with your hands.
Dough width 45 cm.
Roll the dough into a roll.
Divide the dough into 7 parts.
The width of each piece of dough is 4 fingers.
Dust a plate with flour.
Place the dough on a plate.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
In 15 minutes.
Take the dough out of the fridge.
Place the dough on the table.
Press the dough down with your hand.
Divide the dough into 2 parts.
Fold the dough like I did.
Form a bun.
Do the same with the remaining dough.
Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Mix 1 egg yolk and 1 tablespoon milk.
Brush the rolls with a mixture of 1 egg yolk and 1 tablespoon milk.
Bake the rolls in the oven preheated to 100 °C for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, increase the oven temperature to 190°C.
Bake the rolls for another 15 minutes.
The buns are ready!

You can dust the buns with powdered sugar!
The buns are very soft!

Neviem, či ide o zlý preklad, ale rozčuľujú ma videá s textom ako: " ...len múku a maslo..", keď tam ide x iných surovín. Podobné sú aj tie "... hotové za 5 minút...", pričom skrátené video trvá napríklad 10 minút. Pritom tie recepty môžu byť dobré, ale už ich nepozerám. Určite nie som sama.

This temperature is for electric ovens! Heating top and bottom. I use the convection mode when it is necessary to achieve a golden crust for baked goods or bread. Thank you very much!
