HELL YES. James C. Burns is so iconic as Woods. His passion for the character is so great to see. Activision did him dirty by not inviting him for Cold War.

Fr, James wanted to do it too he seemed kinda hurt when he would talk about it, he says woods is one of his favorite characters to play, probably because he helped with a lot of his personality and dialogue, the new guy does an okay impression but his personality is just off, same with Mason sadly, Cold War is still a good campaign I just hope they get James back for this next COD

This one has a very different feel to the previous one as a few people mentioned in the comments towards the end of that series, so interesting to see where it goes from here. OK all I can say for now is that Bo2 is my second favourite cod campaign and that's partially due to the villian Raul Menendez. This guy...Wow. Vladimir Makarov might be the og bad guy, but Raul Menendez comes pretty close to typing him. Also, the intro is just phenomenal. This is why I love Treyarch. They are not afraid to showcase mature themes and criticise the US from time to time. Speaking of which, besides the technology most of the stuff in Bo2 came true, which is insane yet also terrifying.

It says it in the game, they knew Menendez was in the building and woods has enemies, especially Menendez, it's also a high security veterans home and David is a legend so the military will always have his back

@Jonesy This game has multiple endings depending on certain choices you make!!!!! Choose wisely!! And really really THINK before you shoot. Thats my only hint I can give without spoiling the game. This is the first time COD ever went to the future which allowed a ton of experimental weapon and level designs! It was done perfectly by starting the story the past with characters we already love, I can't wait to watch :) Btw the sad main menu theme is composed by Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails! the music in all Treyarch games is on another level

Dear jonesy, a quick side note. When you see an ACCESS or USE note on your screen, that means you can use the tactical equipment that games provided for you. Very useful during the campaign. Another great feature of this game. Good luck

Definitely my favourite of the black ops series amazing story with an awesome soundtrack Harper's played by Michael Rooker he's in lots of movies days of Thunder with Tom cruise being one of the best and yeah that was Tony Todd from the candy man and he's also in the final destination series as the creepy undertaker

tip: during the future missions you will usually have an EMP as your tactical grenade, if you throw one at the little robot tanks or anything with enemy electronics it will temporarily disable them, you can check if they're equipped when you mess around with your loadout :) you can always go into multiplayer and make a custom match by yourself and test whatever you want against bots

Well I learned that you don't need to conserve explosive ammo, I was worried when you used it all up. It's best to save that gun until you are inside.

That was good for your first bo2 gameplay, idk why i kept saying Jonesy you're going the wrong way, that's why the chute's not working 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Tips: it might be a good idea to customize your guns so it can be a safe run (like equipping a suppressor on both weapons for stealth mission), u gotta use the EMP grenades to fry those robots, wasting bullets will take too long to kill, gotta make sure u move and not be stuck in one area like the 2nd and first mission, it's not you're bad at stealth, you're good at stealth but it's the temptation on breaking stealth, keep an eye out for ammo crates, since this game is interactive, you will be faced with a bunch of choices that will impact the game, so good luck. Good video mate, if u want an actual challenge in stealth then 007: goldeneye reloaded is a good game

Yes, there’s some familiar voices in this game, yes ofc tony todd (aka candyman), michael rooker as harper, michael keaton as woods, and sam worthington as mason Btw rip kamar de los reyes (raul menendez) he passed away couple months ago. Menendez is the best antagonist in cod history same as makarov Don’t worry about your guns knowledge jonesy, futuristic guns doesnt count. Speaking of guns, sabimbi (the guy from pyrrhic victory and the chopper that saved you) was wielding a grenade launcher, not my favorite in this game

Man i bought all these COD games after 4 on PS3 for 2 bucks each thinking it was great deal for some fun with the campaigns only to get home and find out these games literally KILL the system. Now have them all sitting here and don't know what to do with them. Not even worth selling them back since i wouldn't get 2 bucks worth for all of them.

This game goes into the concept of blowback like cod 4, modern warfare 2 and real life. Blowback is when doing a stupid war in a random poor puppet government country that hurt and controls people to make things worse which causes extremist in these countries to get revenge on what caused there problems. Blowback. It’s a very modern and Cold War thing.

Cold War is almost objectively not better (besides graphics) but it is still a great campaign, probably my favorite campaign since Advanced Warfare, Infinite Warfare was good and ghosts had an amazing setting but none come close to bo1 or 2 imo
