It’s literally just not reacting till you see the ball in the air it has nothing to do with body control and has no more vision focus then any other sport it’s literally entirely suppressing reflexes which is stupid to work on

I disagree. If actually you play smart and actually don’t move until you have to react (once ball is released). It’s 100percent reflexes and hand eye coordination at that point.

@@imacts2190 well bruh reflexes get sharpened when you are doing something obvious or something that get repeated alot but this game relies on body control(if you flinch, move, or extend your hands lose and body control helps you throw the ball from weird angles and catching the ball become easier) and sharpen you visions means focus (you can focux on your opponents fingers, movements and expressions and you can know if your opponent in on guard or no and when to throw it or not and that's how it sharpens your vision. ) and that's why this game sharpens you vision and body control more than anything. But ofc you will develop certain reflexes but they are not that helpful cause you can't know what your opponents thinking and people always come with new ways to throw the ball that's why if you think deeper into the game you'll realise that body control and vision is the most crucial part in the game.

It was an event called japan addict in France their wasn't only those people on stage. Lot of kpop dance cover and cosplay competition ;) most of the crowd was waiting for the next people to perform on stage actually
