"You Can't Stop The Beat" from Berklee MTC's Hairspray

Hairspray is a musical with music by Marc Shaiman, lyrics by Scott Wittman and Shaiman, and a book by Mark O'Donnell and Thomas Meehan, based on the 1988 John Waters film.

this is a truly impressive performance overall, but why is Tracy dressed like a 60 year old veteran actress winning a guest star Emmy??

In every production Tracy is always portrayed as a heavy set big haired young lady . I personally think that Berklee College of Music's production is one of the best that I have seen

Have to say I am from the UK I have seen Hairspray the musical loads of times and may I just say you guys ROCK you are FANTASTIC if you all were in the UK I would come and watch you every night fab, fab fab XX

Why are the costumes so bad? This is a musical and set in the 60s everything should be bright and fun colored. Not dressed like 2020 and like everyone is going to a funeral!!!
