Hey model railroaders its that time of year again to enter the Ron's Trains and Things Down and Dirty Weathering Contest again! See link for the contest!

This year I'm leaving it up to you to choose what car I'm going to be entering in the contest! Choose from 5 different pieces of rolling stock!

My first thought was the wood chip hopper - a nice kit. But my vote goes for the mill gon - lots of interesting weathering and heavy-use possibilities there. Best of luck, John.

I would back the woodchip car as well, but the C&O covered hopper would make a nice canvas for some creative stuff as well. Break a leg brother!

My vote goes to the Engelhard Tank Car. I believe these are used for kaolin slurry. Gonna be modeling some of these along with a kaolin industry. I'd love to see how an expert does it.

I want to do my first weather job to enter and looking at your selections I’m already I’m in 6th place if you could enter all 5. I like to think out of the box, and with your talent I would say tank car, not the popular vote but it’s not everyone’s big blank canvas either, more challenging with spills leakage and wear
