I actually love the girl in the hot seat in this clip because she's super honest and real about where she is. And I know Abraham always say you gotta stop focusing on where you are and instead focus on where you want to be, but I still appreciate the honesty and like Abraham says at the end, everyone can relate to her in some way. I hope she starts moving up the emotional scale and gets what she wants.

Yes if the therapy keeps going over the same things. If therapy continues to move the person to feeling higher on the ladder of emotions it is useful. If the individual stays stuck then therapy is indeed counterproductive. Different types of therapy. Generally talk therapies in my opinion don’t yield great results for consistently moving people higher up the ladder, while EMDR with a seasoned clinician can be a short term process with long term benefits. It’s good for people to be informed about what’s out there.

Yes this is so true. If we listen, our vehicles (physical bodies) will begin letting us know about whether we’re aligned with our Source … that is, (unless we’ve broken something) if we don’t believe that it’s something structurally wrong with our physical selves. Mine vehicle was in such agony for 20+ years, with no apparent physical cause, until I FINALLY connected the dots and spoke my truth about what felt regarding the trajectory of my life and also my partner, 20+ years of pain (in all different areas) went away, and only now resurface when I’m dabbling again in keeping others happy at the expense of being true to my inner self. I’m finally latching onto the fact that we ALWAYS have Source power with/in/as us. I love What Abraham says in this video about when we focus on perceived problems (which occur only to provide contrast and awareness of what we DO want anyway so even they aren’t really problems) is that it’s a disconnect from our true being/Source … which is the whole point of EVERYTHING. Missing the point is what I believe is the true definition of what religion calls sin. The point IS to STAY CONNECTED or each moment we’re aware that we’re not, to GET BACK into connection - with no conditions, to Source. It’s like choosing to have fun, choosing to smile, choosing to focus on good things … choosing to wear color instead of black. Continuous choosing, is the work! The personal background of this character I’m playing as ‘me’ on this earth plane is from Christianity and this biblical scripture comes to mind here; “ … whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, THINK on these things.” Phillipans 4:8 MUCH LOVE ABOUNDS EVERYWHERE!! 🙏🏻😊❤️

Okay let me try what do I want? I want you to know real purpose, protect the planet make it a suitable place for child learning.. I want to watch your liberation soon because I'm getting bored. I want you to think about others after you think about the planet first I want you to think about children before you think about other people I want you to think about all children not your children I want you to realize you don't have children we are all children and you are our children I want to continue to be a human and play with humans. I can't do that until you guys quit thinking about yourselves you are not 3-year-old children anymore
