I’m not even gonna lie, today is horrible, I hate myself more than usual today, I feel selfish for posting this, idk why, but I keep thinking everyone should hate me, I messed up a question in class, and shutdown completely, I just want today to end, I want to be home, I want to be able to talk to my friends, but the only way I can is through my mom’s phone, but I could accidentally out myself as non-binary because of my discord. (My laptop broke a couple weeks ago) and now my brain is just like “you’re used to being alone, so imma make you feel that oh so familiar feeling of sitting there for hours in my own head hating myself more and more with each passing second.

@@Jemini4228 yeah, I just randomly get super sad and hate myself for like 3-4 hours, then usually I distract myself which makes me not think bad, which leads to me being fine again :3 I’m usually the one comforting others and it hurts a bit being the one comforted, but thank you, it means a lot :)

It could be just a fear. I have an intense fear of paramedics and doctors and hospitals and such but I’ve never been in an accident that would cause that fear.

Bad disease as a child, having to get hospitalized for a pretty long time, and not knowing why so many people in masks and suits were around, that's what makes me uncomfortable in hospitals.

It could be because she’s been gaslighted by doctors for a possible fainting disorder like pots. The unfortunate thing about disorders like pots is that they are often overlooked and doctors often gaslight patients for explaining their symptoms. I was lucky enough to get a proper diagnosis after 3 years of experiencing symptoms, but for most, it takes 10. Actually, I got diagnosed after being taken to the hospital for a seizure
