Explain why I hear my own mind recording my thoughts and words spoken. It says. He said and then repeats what i say. Im afraid technology has gone too far. I can't explain it without sounding ill minded, what can i do or say without judgement

I believe Allan watts said to listen to a chattering mind like a radio. Also the body itself is the intelligent instrument not the mind, the mind is a complex of recording and reduction. Be with the body.
