Very helpful. Can it listen for the smoke/gas/CO alarm and turn the light and the iLuv SmartShaker 2 (bed shaker) on in my deaf son's room?

I think the sound quality probably deserved more emphasis. The superior sound quality alone is worth the cost.

Yeah, there is no native integration. But you should be able to sync a sub alongside the HomePod Mini as long as the sub is compatible with Apple AirPlay 2.

All you “teachers” are cute but you have no clue as to what one needs if they are new to Apple. Your video is a dud! What is the Home App? Why is it tha5 I plugged this device in and no display appears! Done and and done ..stop being so “cute” and instruct!!!!
