The only thing I hate about it is the fact that every game requires downloading, just like the games on Xbox and Playstation despite the game being very small and requires little storage. It's almost like these gaming companies are trying to get you to buy their online subscriptions. 🤔

60 yr old woman and brand new to VR. I found your "just bought a Meta... " helpful... although a bit long. However, your delivery was entertaining and fun to watch. As I explore, I'm sure i'll find shorter, to the point, videos. That being said, do you have any insight on VR travel. This is the reason I purchased my Quest 2, so I can explore the world from my living room. I'd like to travel to destinations and learn about the locations as well as see them in VR reality. Any suggestions on apps for my purposes? Thank you!

Not sure if this is a dumb question or not but… we are thinking of getting a switch for our 9yr old. We don’t want it connected to the internet. Can we just buy the games and set it up without the internet? Maybe when he’s older the option will be nice🤷🏼♀️

There is a parental control option so you can supervise his account and you can make sure he won’t be able to chat with others players on games or just not buy the online subscription (without it you can’t play online for most of the games ). However i am not sure you can set up games without internet since there is maj to download . It all depends on the games , i would recommend getting cute games since he is young like a mario game such as mario odessey , mario 3d world and browser fury or animal crossing , these games works without an online subscription and maybe without internet

I have the OLED and purchased the digital version of the games. I also the Switch Lite. I have the family plan. On the Switch Lite, I have multiple users on it, but somehow, in order to play any of online games, it asks to log in. when I do, it says that I am already registered, do I need to make separate accounts for each user?

GREAT video! My kids each have a switch. One lite. One OLED. So they can both play on the go and we can also all play at home. They both have their own animal crossing game. One download and one cartridge. Can they play at the same time, see each other in the game, etc? Do we have to pay for the online service thing for that to work? What about other games? What do I need to know about having 2 in one family?
