Haha thanks man! I think my issue is I get to rapped up in having to use the colour wheel to pick contrasting colours so I always end up with the same pairs of colours 😆

@@jmaccsarmiesofmiddleearth reckon I could get away with combining this white with the black classic khand colour schemes? Maybe split up infantry and cavalry/chariots. Already have a bunch of foot troops in black.

Base layer of pink really makes yellow pop. No I'm not taking the piss! I hate GW white paints but got to admit i really like the Khand scheme. Also this wasn't the trip to Noobs HQ collab but a close second. Playlist Fwens!

Cheers Glynn! Oh I have heard that. Do you start from a pink base coat or do you do a pink wash over the yellow? I'd like to try that some day. Hopefully make it to noobs HQ one day!

@@jmaccsarmiesofmiddleearth No bodger Dodger! Base coat of pink and i tend not to use constrast paints. Test it out on base to make sure... im guessing a pink wash over yellow would do something different, tho may experiment with that. One day, if it happens bring iron bru, your kilt and claymore 🤣

Too bad they were not in the Peter Jackson movies. The Easterlings are in one scene and then some shots during the Siege where if you blink than you miss it. Cool painting. I made my 1st set all Grey but then added tan colours for the others. Need to get more as GW does not make a lot of these models. Too bad Iron Crown didn't go into minatures as they did a better job representing the Eastern Tribes (Nations) in MERP.

Yeh is a shame we didn't get to see any khandish stuff. I was always super disappointed the easterlings were hardly in the film. I heard they were in lots of minas tirith but the shots didn't get used sadly. Tan colours sounds really cool too!
