What a sweet video! This is very similar to our life with our Shih Tzu rescue dog, Sadie Grace, with the exception being that she likes soft chew toys instead of hard ones! 🤗🐶💓

My mini dachshund definitely takes home defense seriously. She does this to the point that when my husband walks out of the bedroom she barks at him like she doesn't know him.

Those tough, black Kong toys are great. I sometimes fill mine with banana and freeze it for my mini dachshund Timmy - he loves it and it keeps him good for ages.

The first one I had would want to catch a ball until her tongue was hanging out. We would have to hide it so she would stop. This same dog dug a tunnel system underground from tree stump to tree stump. The fence had bushes and she would crawl up the bushes and bark at the dog behind us. She also destroyed a basketball, laundry basket (thought her ball was in it), many clothes that she crawled into the sleeve and we couldn't get her out. All of the sleeping positions fit the last two I had, I've had 8 in all. They are wonderful dogs, easy to train and love you until the very end. Girls are the best, very loving. He is so cute😊

I live with my dacshund, hes made of cotton and stuffing meaning its just a soft toy because im 12 and i just won it off a hook a duck in a fair like 6 hours before this comment was posted and im already in mad love with it.
