What's Up Everyone?!
If you're like me, you enjoy watching 30 day fitness challenges and crazy body transformation videos. Recently, I had undergone a 100+lb weight loss transformation so I figured the next step would be to try out a 30 day ab challenge! Each day I'd do 100 reps of an ab exercise to see if at the end of 30 days, it was possible to get the results others have apparently gotten from these. I definitely expect barely any results for a handful of reasons (such as body fat percentage, caloric defecit/surplus affects, amount of reps, no progressive overload, and more), but the only way to find out is to try it out!

I’d say you should also aim to fill out more overall building more muscle while staying in your weight range so you can lower your body fat total and percentage more easily because muscle mass also burns calories which will decrease fat total and replace the weight with muscle that lowers the fat percentage as well. And your abs would definitely start showing even faster as a result. Plus you definitely hold your body fat better then a majority of people because your stomach actually seems to be the more leaner area of your body even at maximum weight.

Thanks, yeah I tend to carry my weight a lot different than most people for sure. This was more of a way to stay active while settling into a new place after my recent move. A big part of rn is making sure I'm getting in my calories cuz I've been used to being in such a heavy deficit up to this point. I also plan to start transitioning from the heavier cardio sessions to more weight based. I'm doing it slowly inorder to keep it controlled. Definitely some good points tho that I'm aiming for!
