Compared to Sweden, Finland and Norway you have a fokkload of industry in England. Per capita it looks like you have 100 industry jobs to 1 in scandinavia. Yep, the landowner has both the rights to the airspace and they own the airspace above their property (up to a reasonable height). They do not control who can fly a drone in their airspace, though.

8:08 If asked if you are "filming currently" it's best to answer in the affirmative and to state that it is recording legal evidence. That way it avoids the question about where it will be posted. But if it's asked, say "your solicitor". It doesn't mean it can't be posted on social media like loads of other evidence videos. But it stops them going down the permission route. But using this line depends on the context. Sometimes it is OK to say for your personal use, other times when they are being stupid arseholes stick to the legal evidence line.

6:05 An expert in drones would not start with the regs for a massive drone. Especially when they don't see the huge case required for a massive drone. So they have to assume it's the most likely kind of drone. The sub-250g hobby drone used by 90% of drone fliers. An expert wouldn't start spouting off massive drone regs when they know there are different categories. The first thing they would find out is the category of drone.
