I love how you pronounce Aluminum! The first time I heard you pronounce it. I had no earthly idea what you were talking about. It sounds like you are saying, Al-you-min-yum!!! Here in the states aluminum is pronounced: Uh-Loo-muh-Nim…. What a difference in the way Brits and Americans say some things!!!! The funny thing is, my gran was from Yorkshire and while she lived there I would come for visits until she finally moved in with my mum and dad here in the states back in 1999 after my grandfather passed away…I never ever heard her pronounce aluminum the way you do… she lived here until she passed away herself a couple years ago… I miss her so much…

I wonder about running them through an embossing/die cutting machine. Would have to make sure to have some nice unmarred base plates though.

Idea…. What about trying 180 seconds on each side so you don’t have to do the extra work of flipping 3 times?
