This home is everything I have asked for. Great closets and baths, great size bedrooms. All that stone.. just wonderful. I really feel like I will never remember which drawer I put anything in, but I am willing to suffer through looking for that home!

I do like this home. I do agree with your comment about having a combination of 2.0 and 3.0. I like aspects of them both.

Hi Nate: This is a good one! The master suite is so thoughtfully completed. I would perhaps swap out the counter tops and back splash for a differednt treatment and add a small pantry and less cabinets in the kitchen. It looks like there is space for a small freezer in the utility room (not sure). Thanks for the tour of this beautiful home. ❤

The only thing I would change is in the master bathroom, I would go with a stand alone tub and in it's shower, I would go with a rock shower tray otherwise this is totally perfect ❣️❣️❣️ Definitely gonna put on my list of new homes. I rate it a 18❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Like the home I would like lighter colors. I think they over did it with cabinets and draws in the kitchen. The bedroom sides was really nice.

I like it has a foyer. Nice livingroom. Disappointed in the pantry. Lots of counter space. Good size primary bedroom OMG loving the walk in closet. Nice bathroom. Like the shower. No big tub for me. This one is almost perfect. You could turn one of the bedrooms into a den if you didn't need it as a bedroom. I would turn one into MY room. Computer, filing cabinet, piano, sewing machine, etc. When someone comes, just shut the door. All of the mess out of the way. Perfect!

The Winston is a good home manufacture but I also like Sky homes also but not from the North MidWest so I'll never get to see 1 other than here, but I do wish Winston would include a 1/2 bath for guest in a floor plan other than that they do have some unique floor plans that I like including the Helicon 3.0.

Pretty much saw this floor plan over and over again, this one how ever has less upper kitchen cabinets than another that I saw and I would want more upper kitchen cabinets. I do not like eat at counter inside the living room space and I don't need or want all the built ins in the living room, I have actual furniture. The fireplace Needs to be a traditional style fireplace with gas log or wood burner, the pantry needs solid shelving and one more set at least. The laundry room is nice but the Water heater needs to be behind a regular door for easy access. The mm Master bedroom is good size and closet is great, the Master bathroom is not bad but the tub could be a stand alone style instead and the bedroom sizes (true size) are good sized too. This home is and has been seen fairly regular and seen with other layouts i e. Where the brown shiplap wall in the dining area is,is a doorway into a Den. The opening for the kitchen for living room is too big taking away upper cabinet space that is needed in the kitchen and taking valuable wall space in the living room. This model isn't bad but in the long run I've seen other's that speak to me much more.

Does anyone know how customizable a Winston home is? I would want to turn that kitchen by 45 degrees and have the window over the sink and the dining room on the Living Room side. Has anyone worked with Winston who knows about customizing?

I like the lighter kitchen colors. However, that pantry is useless and stop putting sinks in islands or off to the side. Sinks by the kitchen window please.
