I went to a coffee shop ordered a coffee she said £3.10 pls I got cash she said sorry its card only, I said oh I don't use card cancel my order. She replied oh I'll take cash if you have the right money, I looked in purse, said oh sorry I've only got £3, she says oh that's OK I'll take it😂, I said why don't you take cash, she rambled of oh its because there are no banks in town, and there has been 8 break ins and cash took in all of them, plus my accountant said its easier. I handed her one of my “why I pay cah" print outs. And told her to watch UK column. I'm praying she took my advice🙏🤞

The banks cottoned on to the promisary note in the 1800’s when people placed their gold.People wanted to purchase goods so the banks handed out the promisary note while the gold was still in the bank!!

What an inspiration this guy is, it gives humanity hope. In most cases you will see in your terms and conditions that the bank has the right to sell part or all of your loan on, the fraud begins when they claim to still be the holders of the note, if they sell the mortgage note completely they should inform companies house of this and register this with them and inform the land register they no longer hold an interest over the property, because they only sell the note and don’t transfer the title, they fraudulently come after your home if you go into default. The note and title come as one, and cannot be separated, the hedge fund or other investors whom purchase the note or part of the note will insure the note , the insurance company will only get the agreement in exchange to hold if the mortgage defaults the investor gets paid the insurance company take the hit, and the bank comes after your property unlawful as they have a charge registered over your property, the corrupted courts will allow a photocopy as evidence if asked to be produced, the arguments must always be that you are willing to pay whomever has the note in full but it must be the original note, as somewhere down the line the original note holder may come looking for you. Another thing they do is break the loan up into tranches and sell part of the interest made from the loan on and retain themselves as servicing agents They do not declare this as a profit or declare this to the tax man as your loan is under your name, therefore technically they should be paying you for any profit from the note, and be setting it off against your mortgage. The fraud doesn’t stop there at the beginning of every mortgage you pay a indemnity fee should you default to cover your loan, because this is done through their system they cash in the indemnity and repossess a property you paid indemnity to protect, the Courts will always protect the banksters, they new the 2007-8 crash was coming and passed a bill called The hbos reorganisation act 2006 this allowed them to close down many of the banks committing the fraud and shifting customers mortgages and accounts without their permission. I fought the bank with my friend for his mortgage from 2014 until 2021 in the Court of Session the highest Court in Scotland, we kicked the can down the road for many years but as said the Banksters own the Court, the only way forward is a collective forms of litigation , then and only then we may get a jury. If you don’t have a Mckenzie friend (someone authorised to speak on your behalf or help you) or you have no experience in the Courts I would be very careful trying to present what you think you know, these people are word wizards. The man your talking about Richard is Bill Turner, one of the original freeman. Remember one thing, these word wizards are using people not trained in law to come after you, therefore they don’t have a clue what we write to them and will push the enforcement agencies onto you. Try something small first.

I was told by someone, can't remember now who it was, but they mentioned something about putting the house in a trust, or creating a trust in order to stop it being taken by the government.

Australian supermarkets have a computer program that raises the price on everything a couple of percent each week. My wife is a manager at a supermarket and told me of this practice. Inflation is nothing more than opportunistic corporate greed.

I was taken to "court" and I had all my paperwork and Affidavits proving the fraud, they wouldn't answer my questions, but the District Judge dismissed my application to strike their claim "without merit", eviction is next Wednesday!

Dave - like you, I’ve had success not playing their game - but tried asking for evidence, was denied it. Evidence I did get - the judge ignored. I didn’t get a hearing -,as judge had another case, so told me I was lucky with a reduced fine. No laws were broken, no hearing and now being shut down complaining. Where do you go from there?
