Basic Explanation: When you blockhit, you go fast then slow and repeat, while as w tapping, you stop your movement entirely. And blockhitting also decreases damage, which means w tapping could be completely replaced by blockhitting unless you don't have a sword.

if I understand right, then block hitting is when you sprint at someone, left click, see them turn red, right click, then repeat that sequence in rapid succession. if I don't understand right, then I would appreciate a link to a more clear tutorial. also if I understand, then I want to start calling it hit blocking instead. its current name is a major misnomer and probably screws over loads of noobs like me when we try to casually walk forward, right click, left click, and repeat in rapid succession.
