Hi my friend, I have similar issues to you. I only feel good for the first minute when I wake up then muscles pain, joints, when stand up feeling not dizzines but kind of drunk feeling like after one beer, also exercise intolerance, even when try to walk faster I have seizure feeling in my head. its hard to explan, but also anything what incrase my heart rate causing anxiety. my mood is really low because of that, I feel depressed. Some days are better but normaly I feel crap

Hello! Wow those are pretty much all my symptoms. It really does suck. I been struggling with it a lot more recently. I hope you start feeling better. I hope they figure out a cure soon for us too!
