I am a 39 year old male with Gastroparesis. I have had it for three years and totally understand what you’re going through. Look into getting Botox injection into the valve between your stomach and small intestine. You might have to get this procedure done two or three times a year but it definitely helps.

I feel like I’m getting pinched

I have tried it and i use it. The first time i used it, was the only drugs that helped me, incredible efficacy, It really really helped me: i went to the bath and i feel moving the foods stucked in my stomach-small bowel, after 4-5hrs i never had the sensation that i was burping the taste of it (this sensation follow me since 5 years, a nightmare) but after 4-5 hr it gave me headcache and strong nausea. After two-three days, it stopped work. If i use it rarely, if i wait 3-4 days between the time i take it, it help me but never like the first time, it makes me only go to the bath and If i don't use for a lot of time, the first time i take it, it makes me more side effect than advantages. But i repeat, the first 4-5 hrs i taked it for the first time, was like returning to my normal life.

It's not the you can't. Licensing issues. Meaning they were sued so the game had to get taken off the shelves am digital stores.
