The same applies to Blind Frog Ranch. Unless they can divert the water, they will have to deal with it.

Jeff , Its been alleged ~ "Coconut fibers discovered in Smith's Cove on Oak Island in 1850 have been carbon dated to the 1300s, with some fibers over 700 years old. The fibers were found in a 145-foot trench along the shoreline, covered by flagstones and 2 feet thick. They were used to cover stone box drains that were designed to flood the Money Pit with water as a booby trap. The fibers and eelgrass filtered debris and sand that could clog the drains" ... The problem with that statement is , coconut fibers (Coir) will Not last for 100's of years , they naturally decompose fully after 8 - 20 years ... After 700 years the coconut fibers would've been long disintegrated , there would be No traces of coconut fibers left , the fibers would have naturally decomposed over 600 years ago , there would be no fibers left to carbon date ...

What if the chamber was already flooded from the start by design. A new way of thinking would be required.

Can we build a small submersible that we can drop into the baby blob/Aladdin's cave and navigate our way through the tunnel system? Sounds like a sci-fi movie now! I totally agree though, you have to find a way to deal with the water! Cofferdam the entire MP area? It's only 120ft by 120ft roughly, you could even cut out the SE corner to avoid so much excavation. ~136,000 cuft of dirt per 10ft of excavation by my calculations.

It would work if the coffer dam can go that deep. 120' - 170' down?

yes, i wish we had an expert on sheet pile, most i can find online; is driven to 60ft depth for max excavation of 40ft and a rule of thumb that you leave 1/3 embedded and 2/3 for excavation. So that would mean you'd have to drive the sheet pile much deeper I think to actually even excavate to 170ft. 221ft depth driven to excavate 170ft,shoooo doggie that's deep. Better find another way.@@Jfree906

Hi Jeff, I agree 200% ⚔️👏 I have just been watching your episode before season 10 with John Edwards and Jake Roberts ( Ghost of Bacon) … and I have this week just “entered” the world of Jake, John, James and Will as I know you have ( plenty of GOB podcasts to watch while I have caught Covid again!) How close the Jake and Will’s cipher encryption coordinates are to the garden shaft ( 90 feet and water enters - sounds familiar) and the offset shaft - found by muon … Jakes 3rd book is about to hit the bookshops according to his last podcast episode (19th?) … You two should get together again my friend …. 👍 Love your show, whether it is OI, Skinwalker or BIgfoot !!
