Detox baths are amazing to reset everything! Always dry brush upwards and inwards towards the heart...the lymphatic system flows that way.

@@LilNicole85 dry brushing assists with lymphatic movement. It's the fluid that carries waste throughout the body. Lymph flows upwards from the feet and inwards towards the heart and lungs from the extremities. A detox bath uses minerals and clays as well as essential oils to assist with increasing lymph movement and flow as well as drawing toxins from deep in the body to the detoxifying organs: liver, pancreas, skin, lungs.

Hey hun, when you're dry brushing, make sure you're brushing upwards towards the heart, helps with the lympatic drainage 😊

Yes it can I use it as well. I don't use it in my bath anymore for that reason. I love my detox baths with ACV, baking soda, Epsom salt, Listerine, tea tree oil and lavender. 🎉🎉🎉

I love taking baths, just finished one but never heard of a detox bath with the same ingredients for a foot detox. Will consider it. Also as a trained massage therapist, you should dry brush your legs UP TOWARDS YOUR HEART to improve circulation, never down because the heart already pumps blood out and down and your lymphatic systems pumps lymphatic fluids the same way.

Sweetheart I’m please don’t dry brush in that direction again! Ladies remember when you dry brush do it from the bottom to the top, you never what to work against the flow of fluids in your body. I do dry brushing, gau-sha etc professionally trust me ❤
