RECIPE (5 servings, 15min prep time): -188g dark chocolate (at least 50%) -166ml warm water Add the warm water to the chocolate and stir to melt and combine. Place the bowl over ice and mix 10mins by hand or with a hand mixer. As soon as it starts to get firmer, take off the ice and keep whisking until it’s like a mousse. At this point you can adjust the sweetness by adding sugar.

yep, mousse is an emulsion of fat so you can do it just with the cocoa butter and many chocolate bars have soy lecitin in them that help with the emulsion

Germans would say: dunkle Schokolade ist meistens vegan. Which means it is often/usually vegan. Meistens is cognate with mostly but they’re not complete synonyms. She just translated it in an unfortunate way
