Doris has been obsessed with the Grinch ever since he snuck into her room last Christmas Eve for a surprise visit. She turned 5 in June and had Corona Virus, so we had to delay her annual family birthday video. Realizing 2021 was almost over and the video hadn’t happened yet, Daddy went to work arranging a super fun version of “You’re a Mean One, Mr. Grinch”. Of course it was only fitting that Mr. Grinch himself visit her at the PattyCake studio… or what she calls “The Shop” to film the (belated) 5th video in her birthday series.
Doris’s birthday video series truly has become a snapshot into our entire family, so it only seems right to fill you in on all of the girls. Lilly is 14 and has found her “thing”- becoming a volleyball superstar seemingly overnight. Kaley is finishing up her Senior year and has written her college essay on Banangrams (yup!) and is impressing colleges all around the US- stay tuned for her final decision in February! Annesley is in her sophomore year of college at UCF and is crushing it in all of her courses. Doris is the biggest stinker you’ll ever meet- challenging anything and everyone daily! She is also the sweetest sister, daughter, grandie girl, niece and friend anyone could ask for.
