She’s in plainclothes and identified as a constable but then refuses to produce her warrant card because she “doesn’t want to”. Why do so many police think that what they want matters. They are governed by law and policy, not their personal wants and needs.

It has nothing to do with revenge porn LOL. You’re confusing it with section 33 of the Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015 mate. But section 33 of the Criminal Justice Act 1972 doesn’t actually have any relevance to filming or provide any rights of access to public places (after all, we don’t have laws telling us what we can do, only laws telling us what we cannot do). It’s sole purpose is to define what a public place is in relation to the Public Order Act, so for example you could be done for swearing in a location that’s open to the public at the material time, whether on payment or otherwise. Auditors have misunderstood the meaning but as the police are so clueless, none of them realise, so it’s still a good bluffing tool.
