Also I think the "lore" (if you can call it that) behind Shulker Boxes is that they store stuff in like a pocket dimension or something, so the amount of stuff stored in them doesn't change the weight. If you want to be sure, you can test it with a Minecart With Chest, because those apparently move more slowly when they have more stuff in them to weigh them down.

I would like to point out that even though milk is denser than water, since there's an infinite amount of milk buckets, the cow is just as heavy as the water bucket (both with infinite mass). This is because the weight of N buckets of water can be mapped to the weight of N buckets of milk. It's the same reason why adding an infinite amount of +1s to 1 and adding an infinite amount of +2s to 2 result in the same number (infinity) - each value can be mapped to double its value.

But at infinity, this does not matter. It’s not a matter of estimation. Infinity x n is always infinity if n is a finite number. We know that n is the weight of the drops, and therefore, a cow and mooshroom weigh the same.

if you think about it, steve can eat an infinite amount of golden apples without any issues. either this means his stomach has an infinite size or he instantly digests everything he eats without excreting anything, somehow making every excess food disappear into nothingness. it's probably the second since every food takes effects instantaneously

The netherite block cannot be that heavy because when you throw a netherite block onto lava it floats, so therefore it must be less dense than lava. Lava has a density if 3100 kg/m^3 so the netherite block must weigh less than 3100 kg

i argue that hardness actually has little to do with density and netherite makes most sense as a composite, where it can be both lighter and stronger than gold. Ancient debris must strengthen gold in some way and probably has to be a ceramic filler

Just because something is strong does not mean it's heavy. Think about carbon fiber for example. Maybe netherite is a similar material with even better qualities and that's why it's so good in armor.

i remember watching a video where someone determined that if netherite was a real world thing it would be platinum. which means that a netherite block is (assuming its about a 80% to 20% ratio since a scrap isnt as big as an ingot) would weigh 21.76 US tons (19.74 tonnes) per block or an imperial shit-ton of weight. if you want to check out the weight with different netherite(platinum) to gold ratios you can use this equation: 21.27x + 23.6y = z. as long as you make sure x + y = 1 then the equation should work for different ratios. x is the gold ratio and y is the platinum ratio.

Alternative theory: the cow does not have infinite milk, they just replenish it fast enough so there’s always more for you to grab. This theory also kinda works for the water (kinda)

Thought the materials to make the bottles is finite, I think for those who say mooshroom is heavier, you are wrong. You can make tree farm which requires bonemeal, that needs a skeleton farm or mob farm which takes time, a sand farm using the gravity dupe glitch is much effiecient and you can make stacks of bottles, while you only can make 1 bowl .

Counting by 2s may make it feel like you’ll get to infinity fast than counting by 1s, but that’s just an illusion brought on my our finite minds because it’ll still take infinitely long. Even if you count to infinity by 100s or 1000s or more, it still always takes infinity long. So an infinite amount of water vs air vs feathers vs plutonium all comes out to weighing the same: Infinitely heavy.

Bedrock is indestructible for Steve and the Wither so it can either enforce physics or also defy physics but in a better way so it can last against survival Steve. Only for reversible recipes e.g. golden ingots golden blocks can we, for a fact, state that it weighs exactly what it is. For every recipe without an 'uncrafting' recipe, there is no way to know what the 'loss' is per craft. It is entirely possible that the all the golden block gets destroyed in the process of making a golden apple

So if a nether star is one solar mass, which is the mass of our sun, and since the sun will become a black hole if it was squeezed into a space smaller then 3km, then the nether star would collapse into a black hole. Now since you can combine black holes to merge their masses, although you do loose some mass, you can create much larger black holes. So if you have a shulker box full of nether stars, it would collapse into a black hole with around 1728 solar masses. The heaviest single item that isn’t infinity would be a shulkerbox full of nether stars, collapsing into a black hole of around 1728 suns
