I seemed to recall that Judge Mark Wolf, has been obsessing after Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, since 2011 or maybe it was 2012. Pretty much, after Wolf disagreed with the findings by the Judicial Conference of the United States, a 27-member leadership body, which was led by Chief Justice John Roberts, at the time & which featured all federal appeals court chief judges, the chief of the Court of International Trade, & a rotating group of district court judges, which also included Wolf, had cleared Thomas of “willful” wrongdoing, they had considered it a “routine” matter. At the time, Wolf questioned whether that was appropriate and disagreed with the 26 other members of the Committee. Once again it's the Democrats in Congress and "public interest groups" asking the Judicial Conference to investigate Justice Thomas. I wonder are they also going to ask them to investigate Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor, who has done the something as Justice Thomas?

That judge was placed under oath when he sat before the senate panel, one doesn’t insert their personal feelings. He placed personal relationships and sentiments of the past into a current legal government argument. You can cite your personal feelings all day long and it won’t make it any more factual either. He attempted to say something he felt would shame Mike Lee into feeling a certain way that might change the course of the questioning , by invoking his deceased father in a matter of the senate and SCOTUS concern where it did not belong.
