You did awesome with this ! While I do not have time right now to learn like this and go thru all the tunings and adjustments for a set.. I will come back go this just to learn this,in the meantime I'm gonna have toimprove, but thank you for doing this video, I enjoyed it and Larned some stuff!

Who built that guitar? Lovely maple and I love that firestripe pickguard.

it was built by a local luthier (friend) close to me in Frankfort KY - it's a Gibson LOO size, German top, maple B&S - thanks on pguard, I was wearing into the top some and wanted to stop it so put the guard on it.

Just curious, why do all these changes with tuning and not just make adjustments via capo and key changes?

I wanted to play it in original keys with the voices on the original so this is the only way to do it.

They actually do make a drop D capo (that covers 5 strings instead of 6) for us gadget lovers. lol

Not familiar with the song... thanks for the introduction However... the guitar looks amazing with the Maple leaf inlay, the striping on the pickguard matching the sides is gorgeous, and then the sound of a parlor..... mmm mmm good Yeah... that low string has a way of vibrating away buzzzzzzzzzz lol
