The best show at balancing comedy and horror. It wouldn’t take much to turn this into a genuinely disturbing drama. The fact they made it so funny is astonishing. I didn't even notice it wasn't Gatiss before that cut. It's weird how men playing women kinda tweaks your brain into letting weird things slide once you're used to that. That whole mechanic was used to perfection along with the makeup and costume to just throw you into a mindset to suspend disbelief.
