My head canon: Since she’s part shark, Ellen will also put fish or squid in everything she eats (including cakes and ice cream).

Ellen will eat just about anything, sing sharks have very strong teeth. Even ruby, Ellen’s friend, talked about that when she was eating the HIA tokens. Also, I don’t think she likes Rina’s cooking, she outwardly admits that, same with the convenience story bonding quest, where u actively get friendship points when you recommend good food rather than bad food, (like mustard chocolate.. 💀) it’s more like she can stomach it, and or eat it due to being a shark. (Idk why being a shark allows u to eat metal, but who knows, maybe it does something to a person.)

Its less that she likes it and can tolerate it. She doesn't believe in wasting food, and I imagine as a shark thiren her stomach is insanely resilient. She mentions to the MC that she'll eat just about anything, weird flavors or delicious flavors entirely because of her just not wanting to be wasteful and needing the energy.

Also, I don't know if you noticed this, but you just drew and made videos (and shorts) for almost every single playable character in Zenless Zone Zero except one: Soldier 11 (although i get the feeling im forgeting someone as well). Which sort makes me curious, are you planning to draw a youtube video of her here or was that just something you just didn't think of or realize? Just curious, because I just noticed that recently without realizing till now.
