I liked Love the character so much, because Victoria really has the talent and ability to play and portray Love as what she really is.

I am not going to watch season 4. The production team should thank Victoria Pedretti. Season 3 had a really boring story line, but her acting saved this season.

Did you miss the point?? It's supposed to imply TOXIC relationships like this will not work. This ending fits the realistic tone of YOU and provided the shock factor. Its not supposed to be a happily after story. The point is its always a cycle with Joe where he has to end up killing someone,he can never be happy and normal.

Killing Love was a good decision made by the showmakers, regardless it repeats the fact that everyone's Joe's been with in the series has died. They both did NOT trust each other, they both act like they're happy when they're not, all to preserve a fuckin fantasy that they both believe in. And while Joe acknowledged that it may not be with Love, and he's fine parting ways calmly, Love doesn't share the same sentiment. Love was obsessed with Joe, just like Joe was with every one of his Love interest, the things he did to his love partners, that is Beck and Candace, he killed them because he didn't want to let them go. And with that in mind, we need to acknowledge the fact that the show made Love a spitting image of Joe, identical, for the most parts. And in the End, rather than letting Joe go, he'd rather kill him. And Joe, rather than dying, he'd rather kill someone he doesn't have feelings for anymore.

yeah and even though joe didn’t fully try to change, I do believe that unlike Love he was at least trying not to kill people and be a good father. it looked like it all went downhill when she killed natalie.

On meds? The thinking/action pattern and tendencies don't go away with some medication. You can maybe slow and cool it down, but that's more lindering the symptoms, rather than curing the origin of the disease.

Joe never tried to get better at all! He showed time and time again that he was incapable of feeling satisfaction in his life. He’s destined to forever be frantically chasing new ‘true love’ fantasies. It’s a mentally deranged cycle. He’s way way more messed up than Love.

She was. She suggested councelling, she spared Marienne. She only killed to save the family. Joe is the reason the family dynamic ended. If he didnt reach for the knife out of fear he wouldnt have been paralyzed. The dynamic between Love and Joe will be unmatched. Next season will be boring without her. Joe is a hypocrite, Love accepted Joe for who he was but he never accepted Love for who she was. Joe cant change. A family is the best reason he had for changing and he threw that all away.

And how could she plan, dosing the exact right amount of antidote, so she would wake up, when Joe burns the house to the ground? And how could she know, that Joe would burn the house to the ground? This seems highly unrealistic to me.

yeah something along the lines of- WE WILL TELL YOU THE ENDING THAT NO ONE SAW COMING. They are such tools for this.

How could she? The dose that Joe gave her, was much higher. And if she took the antidote too, wouldn't she had to pretend, all the time, Joe stood at the house, before burning it down, that she was dead? Or did she wake up precisely, when it started burning? I don't think any of that possibilities is a realistic one. She is dead. I guess.

I feel like you're right but I'm trying to remember in the last episode if he said they only found one body or if the reporter said it. I kept my eye on her body while he was setting the fire and leaving the last details for the same reason but eh who knows.... It really was a great season though
