If you aren't rotating between at least the orange and green reactions, then you're missing out on massive spellpoint cost reductions, DCs, and 150 spellpower. It takes practice, but don't assume that switching reactions isn't worth it

id also like to point out that alchemist spells have infinite range. if you can target it, you can hit it. makes the quest storm the beaches in the house d chain super easy just blasting all the ballistas from below in the water

Heres what I do for level 1-3 alchemist: 1) Grab quicken level 1 2) Grab a 2 handed melee weapon 3) Cast quickened fine dust then melee everything

Alchemist is my favorite class. Splash 1 lv of Rogue or Artificer or Dark Hunter for amazing Trapping skills and Light Armor. The Arti/Dark Hunter even give Medium armor proficiency for those who have a way around the Arcane failure. (Especially useful for Drow/Half Elf lives as they have help in their Racial trees) I find this tactic great for chasing past lives. And pure build when I want to chase the Epic past lives (although that barely matters) Ohhhh so much fun.

Yeah, Multivial is a better meteorswarm only 5 levels earlier. It's absurd. I didn't even bother with the reactions because everything just died. If you want an easy "get pat the first few levels" then take Artificer at level 1. It gives you trapping and the repeater crossbow will wreck things until 10 anyway.

Poison all the way. Can use pretty much the same gear set as my PM wiz. Always nice to use top end gear sets on diff builds

If you have static group or raid groups where you dont have tiefling/fire sorc you could pick fire for alch. That is if people still use dripping magma so you can strip immunities for them

Alchemist is indeed crappy early on and partying isn't always an option. Imo Multi-vial should be given early and let it scale, bottles to lvls If ones going Epic, then its a good choice.

Nice build and explain of alchemist Strimtom. But I have one tip for you for next video. Can you try make a build from your lovely bard clas, best stormsinger I think and sorcerer on sonic/ligthning maybe like half elf? I'm not so skilled like you, but for you it's easy and I think you would love it. I think you know what I mean if you see this combination.

Nullification sets also covered Poison is goated. I do hate the imbue dice fucked up the vile chemquisitive

or you could save your xp from dice since your previous life and level that way. I usually make 3-4 levels. With gold dice daily I usually make 6 or 7 levels.

Your poison alchemist is what is getting me all my reaper points, so fun and easy

It's not just the start that feels bad. Every other spell caster can have their spell go off by the time the vial gets there and everything is already dead. Would rather play any other caster. IDC if I'm wrong.

I know multivial is op, but how viable is imbue-thrower build? They get free Int to hit&dmg&doubleshot, you can double it with Harper, and then Nightforge Spike gets crit profile of 13-20x4 (if i did my math right), with Improved Presice Shot.

1. Few people play this because it’s the only p2p class. 2. Suggest to use grome, +2 int and access to greater Color spray if you don’t have feydark

Always the runt of the litter, now a couple of years dated.

So, judging from this video, alchemist is still very uncomfortable. I will stick with my favourite and comfortable warlock.
