The battery life on my 13 Pro Max still amazes me! It’s still the iPhone with the BEST battery life. My battery life % is at 99%.

I regret getting the 14 pro and not keeping my 13 pro. I upgrade yearly but the 14 series I could’ve skipped. I especially miss my sierra blue Dynamic island is nice, AOD is nice too but the camera, performance and battery on the 13 series is top tier

I’m still loving my 13 pro, and on the same 256 gb model. I am a generic user and just love the cameras bc I am a photo lover and always have my phone with me. I use my iPad for a lot of the more heavy taxing things (photo editing, a little video editing, watching videos at a good quality and just a bigger screen). My 13 pro is great for searching stuff and sharing things. I came from the 2nd gen SE prior and Samsung before that. I’m not the best at charging stuff. I got mine in December of 2021 and have 91% battery health. It’s super durable and has withstanded my klutzy self with a little minor scratch that isn’t really worth mentioning when I have more display issue on my watch than my phone.

Upgraded to the 13 pro max about a year after upgrading from a XS Max from a 6s I held onto for about 6 years & don’t plan to get the 14 even though it will be the final iPhone with a lighting port. I plan to use my 13 till it no longer is supported than I’ll get me the latest & greatest iPhone.

One thing I really appreciate about apple phones in particular, is they can easily last you 5 or more years with their support. I went from the X to the 12pm and now the 14pm.

Interesting - I have a 13 Pro Max and love it - I have an otterbox case on mine and it adds just enough protection to keep the phone is great shape. (No screen protection). I usually replace phones every 3 generations or so - but unless I break this thing, it'll probably be my daily driver for longer than that. (mine is the 512G version - so lot's of room to swim). And while I agree that it works well for basic pictures - if I want to do serious photography, I get out my DSLR.

I'm still on iPhone 12 Pro. This is the longest I have kept an iPhone since like the 8+. I am also waiting on the 15 Pro.

@ 6:18 I use mine sort of like that but screen on near lowest as barely needed. Not MagSafe but cabled most the time I'm using it heavy in LiveStreaming or editing A/V. I am using BT & WiFi all day together as well cycling my AirPods 4 times or more. Going on my 2nd pair. What part of leaving it docked is bad about battery life? I can try better on thios phone now at barely a yr in. 93% my last XS Max is on 85% so feeling it now,

Me and my wife are still rockin. the 13 Pro Max phones and we are not interested in the 14 Pro Max or any of the 14's at all. We will wait until the 15's comes out to see what they have to offer but what I see and hear now, not interested at all. Our 13's are still doing the job and are still getting us through the day with no problems. Love the iPhone 13 Pro Max.... We are at 15 months of ownership on the phones and we are at 95% battery health. 🐬

I have had mine for about 20 months now, at 87% battery health and still works great. I think should last me another 3 years if i replace the battery after a year. The 120 hz is just great.

mine has held up unreal. got mine launch day and use a 5w wireless charger overnight. i'm at 89% battery health. this thing is gonna last me a longgg time

I have a 14 pro max and I should have kept the 13 pro max. I have a every year problem. The battery was better and the dynamic notch isn’t anything more than a gimmick really. The fun of that wore off in the first 2 days

Got mine with 103% battery life. After 18 months it’s at 100%. So basically, it’s finally as good as a new battery 😂

The dynamic island is a gimmick and it’s intrusive,i sent the 14 pro max back,it’s definitely not worth it coming from 13 pro max

the only thing that kind of ruins my experience with pro max iphones is the weight, i feel like they are too heavy to have in your hands if you use it many hours.

Bro. Who shouldn't buy the 13 Pro Max one year later, lol. It's the last year's flagship. Heck, even the 11 Pro Max is still a great phone. Basically any iPhone with the latest software is going to be a good experience. But of course last years flagship iPhone is still going to be great, duh.

I can only say that I've been using an iPhone since the 4S, but the iPhone 13 Pro Max is the best phone I've had and I think it's the best phone Apple has ever released, believe it or not!! I've had it for 12 months and my battery is 100% and sometimes it lasts for 3 days - AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did well not to install ios 16. I stayed on the original software 15.7.1. and honestly I won't even upgrade to ios 17. I would recommend everyone not to install software. Apple destroys old phones by upgrading software to old models to force you to buy a new one for 1600$. BUT DEFINITELY iPhone 13 SERIES is the best.

Just recently got the iPhone 13 Pro Max on ebay and got a Steal of a deal! $750 for the 1TB version! Way better deal then getter the iPhone 14 Plus for $900. So When the phone got to me and looked at it, it was practically brand new ((the previous owner actually took care of their devices which im happy about)) only thing that was “meh” about it was the battery life being at 87% Capacity which is fine since im only 30 minutes away from an Apple Store that can remedy that problem when the time comes. And after using iPhones for a decade now Im finally experiencing the high refresh rate on a phone that androids had for years already.

Thing is normals unlike pundits are not all about the GQ look of a device. The devices that we keep for five or more years just need to work each and every time we go to use them KISS. I have and use my Apple iPhone 11 Pro. Now the Apple iPhone 15 Pro is reported to have replaced the lame USB-2 data rate lightning port introduced back on September 12, 2012 with a faster IEC 62680 USB C style port. Reported MAJOR FAIL on Apples part is only putting a USB-2 data rate IEC 62680 USB C style port on the Apple iPhone 15, and 15 Max. You pundits get your panties in a bunch about GQ style changes needed to be made. About bezel size, which I like larger bezels. Gives these old hands which are not as nimble as they used to be a place to hold the iPhone. Then comes the "Dreaded Notch" which you talked about for years. Never talking about the fact that Apple engineers were on the boards that set the standards for USB, and worked with Intel on ThunderBolt standard. With USB-3.1 with type C connector standard introduced July 2013. USB4 released August 2019. Both of these standards are very mature in technological years. Yet Apple did not put then into iPhones, and pundits cared more about GQ looks, than the performance of the data port. At this point I just might purchase a Apple iPhone 15 Pro, or Pro Max. Will wait and see what all the reviews say about it as my Apple iPhone 11 Pro still works great. Bet one of the number one things pundits talk about is the GQ style of the iPhone. Maybe Apple should put fins on it.

It’s crazy to me that people worry so much about battery health. It’s a GOT DAMN PHONE! I can’t imagine cuddling with my phone at night crying over if the battery will drain eventually. Just use your phone. You can replace the battery if you desperately need too….

At 89%, my battery still lasts 2 days with moderate use.

I've had mine for two months now. Avoid it like it's the plague because it IS! Everything is buggy! Texting scrolling, clipboard, touch screen, the only thing that works right is the CAMERA. I swear to God, once I get my money together, I'm going back to Android! Lifetime customer lost here Apple. NEVER coming back.
